Our team specializes in capturing detailed images of food and drinks to make your products look delicious.
We offer professional food styling and professional food photography services to the greater Sacramento Area. We have photograph restaurants in and around the Sacramento region, working with some of the best restaurants in the Farm-to-Fork Capital. We photograph motion, slashes, ingredients falling onto the food as well as standard menu photography. We can photograph your kitchen, facilities, food preparation process and make every bit of your food creation process look clean, and beautiful. We know the tricks to take those amazing branded shots that represent all the work you put into your food.
People ask if we "fake" our food photography using inedible ingredients or substitute out ingredients to make menu items look more appealing. For example, some photographers will use mashed potatoes instead of ice cream, but our process is different. We like to keep it real! We have tools and tricks that help us position and light your menu items and create mouthwatering food photography, without all the fluff.

In our experience, showing real food, exactly as you serve it, is more marketable to customers using food delivery services such as Doordash, Grubhub, UberEats, Postmates, Instacart, and other delivery platforms. However, if you are revamping your menu or updating your website to showcase more about the personality of your brand, your quality, style, or restaurant vibe, then the photoshoot should be more styled to intentionally create a vibe that resonates with your clientele and restaurant ambiance. If your goal is to showcase your chef's expertise, or visually explain how farm fresh your food is, then our approach to the shoot will shift to focus on your ingredients, the details behind the scenes, and all of the uniqueness your chef brings to the table.
Is your restaurant part of the farm-to-fork movement? Are you an award winning restaurant participating in unique events, like the Sacramento Vegan Chef Challenge? We can help you tell that story and find a unique angle to help you market your menu and attract more foodies to indulge in your menu. If you aren't sure where to start, pick up the phone and give Alex a call (916-316-2090) and he can talk through your vision to find food photography options within your budget and a pathway to get your goals in motion.
